Come and Worship
Our worship service next Sunday will carry a patriotic theme as we come together during the Independence Day Holiday week-end. Pastor Tom’s sermon will deal with two vital issues that are sometimes portrayed as being diametrically opposed: “Patriotism and Pacifism” (from the text of Matthew 22:15-22, and 5:9, 43-48). Invite your friends and family to come with you to worship our Lord and Savior.

Announcements
Dr Eugene Heacock to Speak

We are excited to announce that Dr. Eugene Heacock, director of the Sandberg Leadership Center here in Ashland, will be the guest preacher on July 13. He and his wife, Sandy, are the co-founders of “Partners With Christ”, a prayer and renewal ministry. Gene comes from a Baptist background, but his work with the Brethren at Ashland Theological Seminary has given him an appreciation for Anabaptism and Pietism. Tell your friends and bring them with you for this special event.

Mission Trip

16 People from our congregation will leave for the Upper Peninsula of Michigan this Saturday. Please keep them in prayer as they go serve this community and Encouragement Link.

Welcome to the websAshland Dickey Church.

ite of the Ashland Dickey Church of the Brethren. We are a community of believers who follow the teachings of Jesus Christ as they are recorded in the Bible and as they are revealed by the Holy Spirit. We worship together every Sunday morning and gather together at other times in a variety of small-group settings, with active ministries for all ages. Our mission has three distinct components: Evangelism, Discipleship, and Service, and every event and activity is designed to help us accomplish what God has called us to do. On the pages of this website, you can learn all about our church and our ministries. If you need additional information, feel free to contact us at your convenience, or come and worship with us on a Sunday morning. We’ll be glad to introduce ourselves!

May God’s blessings be with you,
Pastor Tom Zuercher
